This Privacy Policy explains how Goal Max: Live Football Scores collects, uses, stores and shares information when you use the Android application, related web pages and support channels. Goal Max brings live football streaming, soccer scores, match results, fixtures, league tables, football news and match statistics together in one place. By using the app, you acknowledge the practices described here.

Information We Collect

Depending on the features you use, we may process the following categories of information:

• Account information: sign-in identifiers and account information provided through supported authentication services, including Google sign-in where selected.
• Football preferences: followed teams and competitions, selected leagues, notification preferences, match-alert settings and related app choices.

• Advertising information: advertising identifiers, ad requests, impressions and ad-interaction information used by Google Mobile Ads for non-Premium users, subject to applicable consent choices.
• Notification information: device or notification token and delivery information where you enable match notifications or goal alerts.
• Support information: information you choose to provide when contacting support, such as your email address, device details and a description of a problem.

How We Use Information

• To provide live football scores, events, results, fixtures, tables, team information, statistics and football news.
• To provide supported live streams, HD 1080p or HD 720p playback options, and the 3D visual match canvas where available.
• To remember followed teams, competitions, settings and alert preferences.
• To send match notifications and goal alerts when you enable them.
• To authenticate users, synchronize account features and protect the service.
• To process, verify and manage Premium subscriptions and provide the ad-free Premium experience.
• To show, limit or suppress advertising and measure advertising performance where applicable.
• To operate, secure, troubleshoot and improve the app, its content and its services.
• To detect abuse, fraud, unauthorized access or activity that could harm users, advertisers or the service.

Live Streaming and Third-Party Sources

Goal Max may provide access to supported match streams or playback sources supplied by third parties. Availability, resolution, coverage, playback quality and viewing options depend on the match, source, geographic availability and your internet connection. The 3D visual match canvas is a visualization based on available match data; it is not a 3D video broadcast. When a stream opens a third-party service or provider, that provider's own privacy policy and terms may also apply.

Advertising and Premium

Goal Max may use Google Mobile Ads to display advertising to users who have not activated Premium. Ads may include banner, interstitial or other formats supported by the app and Google. Premium is a paid subscription or entitlement managed through Google Play. When Premium is active and successfully verified, the app is designed to provide an ad-free experience. Advertising and measurement are subject to applicable consent choices and platform settings.

We do not ask users to click ads. Advertising should be interacted with only when an ad is genuinely relevant to you.

How Information Is Shared

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information with service providers and platforms that help us operate Goal Max, including:

• Google Play for app distribution and subscription billing;
• Google Mobile Ads for advertising delivery and measurement where applicable;
• Firebase or other authentication, analytics, diagnostics and cloud-service providers used by the app;
• Our hosting, API, notification, synchronization and purchase-verification infrastructure;
• Third-party streaming or content providers when you choose to use their supported content.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, enforce our terms, protect users or the service, investigate fraud or respond to a lawful request.

Local Storage and Offline Use

Some preferences, followed teams, selected competitions, notification settings and cached content may be stored locally on your device to improve performance and support limited offline behavior. Removing the app or clearing its storage may delete information that has not been synchronized to an account or server.

Data Retention and Deletion

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including service operation, account support, security, fraud prevention, legal compliance and purchase verification. • You can manage advertising and privacy choices through available in-app privacy controls and device or Google settings.
• You can subscribe to Premium through Google Play to use the ad-free Premium experience, subject to successful verification.
• You can request deletion or correction by contacting support.

Children

Goal Max is a general-audience football application and is not intentionally directed to children below the age at which independent consent is permitted under applicable law. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information and services involved. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
